TIME June 8th, mid afternoon LOCATION Wharf, Chuzan seaport.
BACKGROUND:
Following the golem attack, the naval ship Bluebird docked at the wharf, deploying soldiers to assist with rescue and containment efforts. The knight Frost and Lieutenant Volok met with the Agents, who identified themselves as Section 18. Volok interrogated them and shifted focus to the mysterious crate, which had arrived aboard the merchant ship Nightingale.
The Agents interviewed the ship’s captain and crew, learning the crate was part of a shipment from Kalitzim for Lord Morden. Magical residue was detected on the crate, and a cracked coral-framed mirror was found inside. Eyewitness accounts of the golem’s emergence varied, but it was clear the construct had deliberately targeted soldiers and a specific warehouse.
Volok detained the captain and ordered the crate moved for further investigation. Section House reinforcements arrived to assist with cleanup.
The Agents then returned to retrieve their suspects. At the Seabreeze Hotel, they found a service worker, Moran, tending to Shirdrella. He had tried to protect her from street thieves and revealed that her makeup was concealing pale skin—suggesting she may not be a Drow.
The Agents collected Shirdrella and headed back to the Broken Mug to recover Marek.
WHAT HAPPENED

The streets were noticeably quieter as the Agents approached the intersection near the Kemer Lexi beacon. The stillness made it easy to hear the sharp whistles and the clanging of metal echoing from the direction of the restraining post.
Rounding the corner, they found a group of Zhakarov gang members attempting to break Marek free from his manacles. Marek, still restrained, warned the Agents to walk away.
They didn’t.
Weapons were drawn.
The melee began.
Crowe dropped one of the thugs with a precise KemerCannon shot.
Suddenly, a volley of bolts rained down from above—snipers positioned in a first-floor apartment had joined the ambush. Hawke and Raven cut down two more gang members, but Hawke was struck by the sniper fire and collapsed, bleeding out on the pavement.
In the chaos, Marek ordered one of his allies to sever his right hand in a desperate bid for freedom. Raven moved to intervene, but Marek, clutching his bleeding stump, made a run for it.
Crowe shot him in the back. Marek dropped.
Raven chased down Marek’s accomplice before storming the apartment building to deal with the snipers. Meanwhile, Hawke lay motionless, his lifeblood pooling beneath him. But he made the roll—he stabilised.
Crowe downed a healing potion and watched as the snipers made a tactical retreat, leaping from the windows to escape. Raven entered the now-vacant building in pursuit.
Crowe administered a potion to Hawke, reviving him. Hawke then used his healing wand—reviving Marek as well. The groggy thug barely had time to curse before Crowe knocked him out cold with a swift blow from his sap.
Section House reinforcements arrived, along with a meat wagon to collect the dead and wounded. Officers began interviewing witnesses and stacking bodies in the back of the wagon.

With the scene secured, the Agents escorted Marek, Shirdrella, and the only conscious thug to the Section House.
Marek was placed in a high-security cell.
The Agents booked in the drug satchel—though Raven discreetly pocketed two vials before handing it over
The Section House door system was still malfunctioning and triggered an unauthorised entry alarm as the Agents passed through. Crowe’s solution was simple: he yanked out the Coramon power source, disabling it..
After checking their weapons into the armoury, the Agents met with their captain to review the morning’s events. The high body count was a point of concern—though it drew amused remarks from their colleagues, Agents Kowalski and Sanchez.

And so began the Agents’ legendary moniker, “The Dustmen of Section 18”.
The session ended with the Agents ‘collaborating’ on submitting their official report.

EXTRAS.

“Stali! Bill chill. Don’t Loud up di ting. Sa-sa Stop! Take it easy.”
Zhakarov gang members
Don’t mess with our business. Understand?
“Mema mi tell yu shelly. Igg militant. Do yu ting”
Listen up dung. We’re not backing down. Go ahead.
“Ohh look, it’s the dustmen. I haven’t done anything”, he puts his hands up.
Agent Kowalski, Section 18
“Pow! hehe. Hey the cap’n wants to see you ASAP. Looked kinda urgent.”
“Detainment?” he enquires.
Agent Bowlohr, Section 18
“Good… Name? … Crime? … Let the processing begin! Take them through and I’ll sort it out.”
“So… I’ve got two perps needing graves and the mark [Shirdrella] in a critical condition. This is not what Agents do!”
Captain Brin, Section 18
“I’ve heard Tarek was unarmed. Or so his brother keeps proclaiming. Did he hurt any of you? Could you not contain the situation? What did he do that warrants lethal force?”
“Agents are NOT executioners. We bring in the scum and let the Court decide. That is the way. The method of enforcement of the Law. As you swore when I inaugurated you. What happened?”
“The commissioner is going to be looking for excuses – scapegoats if you will. Two deaths, along with what happened at the wharf… There’s going to be some repercussions…”
