FIRST ON RECORD Session 14 – identified the parasite in Tilly's remains

Dreadlocks under a flat cap, dock-worker overalls, and a pipe that’s rarely out of her mouth – Sam has spent more time elbow-deep in the consequences of the Agents’ casework than almost anyone else at Section 18, and she’s never once flinched from what she finds.

It was Sam who first spotted the wormlike creature nested at the base of Tilly’s brain stem – the detail that eventually tied a string of seemingly unrelated deaths back to a single infection spreading through the Section. She’s been the one making sense of the bodies ever since.

The DranathEss once removed evidence directly from her morgue without her sign-off – the dog-beast and Brad’s remains, gone overnight – and she made her fury about it heard through the whole building. She doesn’t lose evidence quietly.
