Eskobar moves the Cutters’ Bumblebee supply through the Section, rarely staying in one place long enough to be predictable – his runners handle the small deals, and he shows in person only for the ones worth showing up for. On the street he goes by the Collector, or Friendly, depending who’s asking, and he’s been tied to more than one grisly killing without a witness ever managing to make it stick.

The Agents finally cornered him at his den on Potters Way after a hard, costly raid – only for him to drag a bound woman in dark purple robes out through a window and vanish into the night before the fight was even properly finished.

FILE NOTES

The woman’s identity remains unconfirmed – Shastan features, a single black braid, a dagger and a slender wand-like stick tucked into her sash. Neither of them has resurfaced since.
