6 buckets on the wagon. A bucket of water does d4 damage to fire but need to be close. Can fill 2 buckets in a round.
A wagon outside each warehouse has cylindrical barrels of water and leather hoses. The barrels hold 4 rounds worth of water. The hoses reach 100’ and can be dropped into the sea for pumping a continuous feed of water. Need 2 people to manoeuvre.
One person can pump with difficulty (low pressure d4+1).
Two people provide more pressure (d8+2).
Hose direction, single person attack AC 12 with -2 to hit. Two people AC12 with +1 to be effective.
